La Torre di Gargonza has the area’s best traditional menu by far: pici al cinghiale (hand-rolled pasta in wild boar sauce), malfatti con fonduto al tartufo nero (vegetable dumplings in black truffle fondu, tagliata al rosmarine (lamb chps with rosemary), agnella marinato alla brace (grilled marinated lamb).
