Since the 1800s this restaurant has been serving locals traditional fare such as fegato di vitello con cipolle (liver with onions) and baccalà alla vicentina. Most pastas and desserts are homemade, and the spicy bigoli agli schioppi is a favorite. Most of their 80+ wines are from the Tri-Veneto region (Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Trentino-Alto Adige).
