It isn’t really that mad at euro 65 for five courses of adventurous gastronomy that might include a pumpkin cream soufflé with gnocchi and smoked bacon, crusty red mullet with chorizo oil, and a lemon and blackcurrent vacherin with fruit sauce and vanilla cream for dessert. The restaurant’s three-course menus start a bit lower and there’s an à la carte menu, a relatively inexpensive children’s menu , as well as lighter food served at lunchtime beside the pool. If you are looking for innovative, special occasion dining, there aren’t many restaurants to choose from around the Estérel and L’Auberge des Adrets is one of the best.
